ℹ️ Chart Notes
Start Date (Dev Start): Extracted from Jira changelog — the date the ticket first transitioned to the "In Development" status. Before Dev Start, the ticket is in review/queued phase.
Created Date: When the intake request was submitted by the business stakeholder.
End Date: For completed tickets, the date they transitioned to a done state (Delivered, Canceled, or Duplicate). For active tickets, the Gantt bar extends to today.
Active vs Completed: A ticket is considered completed if its current Jira status is one of: Delivered, Canceled, or Duplicate. All other statuses are considered active.
Gantt Cell Colors: Each weekly cell reflects the actual Jira status the ticket was in during that week, reconstructed from the full changelog history. If multiple status transitions happened within one week, the cell shows the final state at the end of the week.
Last Activity: The most recent of either the last comment or the last field change (status, assignee, priority, etc.) from the Jira changelog. Icons: 💬 comment, 🔄 field change, 📝 general update.
Data Source: Pulled live from Jira via the Curative AI Intake (CAI) project. Excludes test tickets matching known junk patterns. Statuses are grouped: "Review/Prioritize" in the table combines Open for Review, In Review, Prioritization, and Waiting for Customer.
